Golden Valley is in classy boutique hotel in Happy valley. Known as a regular haunt of many famous faces, and serves regular Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines but more famous for hotpot in winter time.

火鍋のシメは出前一丁(公仔麺インスタント麺)が香港流なのですが野菜だけでもとってもお腹いっぱいになってしまったという。
クレソンなどがとっても美味しかったです。(今すぐまた食べたい)
The Sichuan pepper makes the tongue numb but it goes well with fresh shrimp and meaty stuff.
If you are enjoying it with kids, you can have potato or tomato in non-spicy stock to make it easy to eat. When it comes to HK style hotpot, it is typical to finish with instant noodle, but we had too much veggie (portion is quite large per order). I loved the watercress which matched with any of the broth. (craving this hotpot again)
