香港No.1の火鍋はこちら！Sichuan Hotpot「駿景軒 Golden Valley」

冬の香港名物はたくさんありますが、火鍋は格別！とっておきの素敵な火鍋レストランをご紹介！ There are many seasonal specials in HK but nothing beats Hotpot. Here is the best Sichuan hotpot you can find in HK.

ハッピーバレーの住宅地に佇むクラシックなブティックホテル。
香港の芸能人やセレブ御用達とも言われるこちらのレストランでは普通の広東料理も四川料理もあるのですが、冬には火鍋のお客さんがとっても多いそうです。
Golden Valley is in classy boutique hotel in Happy valley. Known as a regular haunt of many famous faces, and serves regular Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines but more famous for hotpot in winter time.

お魚、きのことスパイシーだしの3つセット。Fish, mushroom, and spicy broth come in trio set.

四川スープには新鮮なえびやお肉などももちろんよく合います。
お子様にはトマトやポテトを入れるのもアリです！
火鍋のシメは出前一丁（公仔麺インスタント麺）が香港流なのですが野菜だけでもとってもお腹いっぱいになってしまったという。
クレソンなどがとっても美味しかったです。（今すぐまた食べたい）

The Sichuan pepper makes the tongue numb but it goes well with fresh shrimp and meaty stuff.
If you are enjoying it with kids, you can have potato or tomato in non-spicy stock to make it easy to eat. When it comes to HK style hotpot, it is typical to finish with instant noodle, but we had too much veggie (portion is quite large per order). I loved the watercress which matched with any of the broth. (craving this hotpot again)
